vice capt not in final 22 = affected team morale (presumably in a negative manner) = losing 2 games = nearly out of IVP = finding excuses = back to top & repeat cycle
capts and vice capts coordinate trainings, get stuff up on the website and plan roster for eqpt, among other things.
being capt or vice capt does not guarantee anyone a place in the tournament squad. it is a responsibility that many would not like to take on anyway. to prove myself correct, if you would like your name to be in the hat for voting the net capt and vice capt, pls leave your name below.

after 2011 campaign, can the players choose their NEW captain n vice-captain by voting or other fair way
dont want a repeat of 2009/10 where ppl anyhow nominate themselves to be vice-captain n then do not make it to the final 22
