Merry Christmas everyone. Training will now take full flight as we prepare for IVP and with the first game with SIM on 7 Jan 2011 fast approaching, we will begin intensive training this week. The IVP squad will be finalized by end of December so if you want to make the team, attendance is vital. As usual, pls update if you are unavailable for any of the sessions.

Note the dates that are tentative depending on Coach's availability. We will confirm all the dates and times of the other sessions after trg on tuesday. I strongly recommend you start to go for your own runs before the training on tuesday. Thanks and see ya.
