Please remember to bring your indemnity forms on wednesday.
And please please please do your own fitness work. If you're game enough to try what our previous fitness trainer recommended (3 x 2.4 km, each under 10 minutes), then go ahead but I think doing 4km under 20 minutes or 6km under 27 minutes should suffice at this stage.
Remember, the harder you work now, the less difficult it will be for us over in China!
