Training Updates for Week of 30th May - 3rd June

Hey guys, there are some changes to our training schedule:

1) From now onwards, trainings will start at 745pm sharp.
2) Training on the 8th of June is cancelled. There may be a 'make-up' training so do check out the blog for updates.


30th May (Monday) : 7.45pm -
Blue, black, black

Duty Personnel: Milton & Kenneth

1st June (Wednesday) : 7.45pm - White, black, black

Duty Personnel: Iqbal & Redzuan


**Duty personnel to get equipments ready on time.
16 balls(pumped), 2 coloured bibs, cones, markers
, ice (for injuries etc) & water
Also remember to empty and clear the ice boxes after training.


A few important administrative matters to take note:

1) Remember to sign on the attendance list for every training.
2) New members to submit your player profile form during the next training.
3) Training tops have been issued (Red and White). You can get it from Rajvin or myself.
4) Please check the blog regularly for updates and RSVP accordingly.

Pre-Season Training (May-June 2011)

Hey guys, I hope everyone had a very successful semester. As the examination period comes to an end, it is now time for us to get back into shape and prepare for SUniG. I'm sure everyone knows how tough it was to win the title last season. This upcoming season, we are facing an even more challenging task of defending our title. Therefore, we have to take this pre-season training and conditioning seriously. Let's work together and push ourselves to greater heights! It starts now!

The training details are as follows:


25th May (Wednesday) : 7.15pm -
Red, black, black

30th May (Monday) : 7.15pm -
Blue, black, black

Warm up will start at 7.15pm sharp.

Please indicate your availability for the 2 dates above.


June Schedule
: 1,6,8,13,15, 20, 22, 27, 29

If you are going to be away on vacation during this period, please indicate the dates too.
